Jigsaw Puzzles
I personally am not a fan of jigsaw puzzles, especially the 3000 piece circular ones! However people who enjoy them say that you should look for colours and start at the edges. Yeah, great when it's circular! Life of course is like a jigsaw puzzle. It's not in a box and you don't get to see a picture of it.- Different shapes confront us
- Pieces that don't fit
- Some bits appear to be missing
Life can be really frustrating making you want to just give up
.
Just where do you start to make sense and shape of life when it is all going so wrong? Maybe we should start at the edges. Start with those things that we can identify.
Ask Questions......Am I feeling guilty, angry or sad...?. It helps to know what emotions you are feeling. What could be causing this feeling of...? e.g. financial worry; poor health; fear of the future; mid life crisis; wrong relationship; unforgiving attitude; tiredness or something else.
Maybe I am getting you to ask too many questions without giving any answers. We probably know why we are feeling like we are. I liked the jigsaw picture on the front cover of a book called the Missing Peace. Yes,it is really annoying to have almost completed the jigsaw and found a piece missing. In life people have a Peace missing! God has given us all a God shaped soul and only he can fill it. I am not making light of your own personal situation, but there is an answer even though it doesn't seem like it.
